Chairperson of Ghana's Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa has joined AGLOW Ghana, a women prayer group to pray for peace before, during, and after the December Elections at the Black Star Square, Accra.
According to her, the 2020 election will fair and transparent.
Addressing the gathering at the Black Star Square, Accra, she said "We declare that the elections of 2020 will be orderly, fair, credible, transparent, peaceful and glorious in Jesus' name "
She further revealed that her outfit is working tirelessly to ensure the peaceful and credible outcome of the election.
Jean Mensa also noted that her organization is working closely with the various political parties for a free and fair election.
On her behalf, the National Prayer Director of AGLOW, Madam Gifty Afenyi-Dadzie hinted despite the tension building up ahead of the December polls, Ghanaians will not relent but continue to project God's name before, during, and after the general election.
She mentioned that although some evildoers have planned to cause chaos in the upcoming election, God will save his children.
"Lord, take over this nation. Be Lord over Ghana. Despite the rising tension, Ghanaians will not relent but continue to project God's name before, during, and after the general election"
Prophesying against evildoers and their demonic activities, the National Prayer Director of AGLOW Ghana hinted that no weapon formed against Ghana will prosper.
