Ghanaian Musician, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda known in showbiz as MzVee has revealed her absence from the Industry was caused by depression.
According to her, although it was a difficult one, she was all by herself.
Speaking on an Accra-based tv station, she said "I left the scene because I was heavily depressed. I was just by myself"
MzVee added she is back.
Mzvee further revealed she had even wanted to quit music.
"The only person I could talk to was Richie, he didn’t want me to stop but I had to, so I left" she said.
