The Member of Parliament (MP) for Odododiodioo Constituency, Alfred Kotey Ashie, has paid a courtesy call on King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II at his palace to express gratitude for his blessings and support, which contributed to his victory in the 2024 parliamentary elections.
During the visit, the newly elected MP sought the King’s wise counsel and further requested his continuous guidance and blessings as he begins his tenure.

He assured the Ga Mantse of his commitment to working closely with him for the development of the Ga State.
Hon. Ashie also humbly appealed to the King to correct him whenever he deviates, emphasizing that such guidance would be crucial in shaping his leadership.

Speaking on behalf of the Ga Mantse, Nuumo Akwaa Mensah III, Nae Wulomo urged the MP to prioritize the welfare of the youth in the constituency.
He advised Hon. Ashie to implement measures aimed at curbing deviant behaviour among the youth and ensuring their meaningful engagement in society.

The traditional leader stressed the importance of job creation, noting that gainful employment for the youth would significantly reduce social vices in the constituency.
Nuumo Akwaa Mensah III concluded by offering prayers for the MP and his delegation, wishing them success in their endeavors.

The visit underscores the MP’s commitment to working collaboratively with traditional authorities to drive progress in Odododiodioo and the Ga State at large.
