The Director-General at the National Sports Authority (NSA), Prof. Peter Twumasi has confirmed that only the Accra and Cape Coast Sports Stadiums will be used for when the local league resumes.
According to Prof. Twumasi, the other stadiums in the country are undergoing massive renovations hence its closure.
He said "The remaining stadiums are undergoing renovations and until they are completed, they cannot be used for the league"
Although he admitted there will be pressure, the Director General mentioned that he is confident the others will be completed soon.
"Since most teams will not be able to train in their various home grounds, we at the Sports Authority have agreed to allow them use the various Astro turfs constructed by the government for their trainings" he hinted.
