Papa J Shuts Down Office Over Fears Of Covid-19

Information reaching ThinkNewsOnline.com indicates that the office of the Former President of Ghana, Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings has been shut over fears of covid-19.


According to the Communications Directorate, the closure is due to the unfortunate spread of the covid-19 virus.


In a statement signed and released by the Communications Directorate, Kobina Andoh Amoakwa, it said "The decision which is aimed at protecting staff and potential visitors will be reviewed after two weeks"


The Former President who doubles as the Founder of the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), is also urging Ghanaians to be mindful of their personal discipline and care as they work to combat the disease.


Ex. President Rawlings said "We should wear our masks, maintain appropriate social distancing, cough etiquette and general hygiene protocols"
