The Ghana Police Service has initiated a manhunt for a group of individuals who stormed the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council and violently disrupted the Council of State Regional Elections held in Kumasi earlier today.
According to a statement from the police, officers are actively reviewing all available surveillance footage and other evidence to identify and apprehend the culprits responsible for the chaos.
The disruption, which led to a temporary halt in the electoral process, has sparked widespread condemnation, with calls for swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice.
