Prominent Ghanaian Businessman and Entrepreneur, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, has officially stepped down from his roles as CEO of Quick Angels and Board Chairman of Bills Micro-Credit.

The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, marking a significant transition in Quaye’s illustrious business career.

His resignation aligns with his previously announced plans to retire from the business world.

Following his exit, Kwadwo Dei Kwarteng Esq. has been appointed Chairman of Bills Micro-Credit, while Emmanuel N. L. Lamptey will assume the role of CEO at Quick Angels.

Despite stepping away from his long-held positions, Quaye unveiled a new venture, RNAQ Holdings, signaling the start of a fresh chapter in his entrepreneurial journey.

He explained that RNAQ Holdings would focus on mobilizing young individuals with financial resources, skills, and promising early-stage businesses to drive a large-scale economic transformation in Ghana.

"I am dedicating my time and energy to lead a new vision that aims to scale up businesses and ignite an economic revolution that will enhance Ghana’s prosperity," Quaye stated during the event.

He also firmly dispelled speculations about any political ambitions, emphasizing that his sole focus remains on contributing to Ghana’s economic growth.

His retirement follows the grand celebration of his 40th birthday at Black Star Square in Accra, an event that drew notable personalities from across Africa and underscored his influence beyond Ghana's borders.

Mr. Quaye's decision marks the end of an era at Quick Angels and Bills Micro-Credit but signals a bold new beginning aimed at fostering the next generation of business leaders.
