Information reaching Thinknewsonline.com indicates that a thief (Name withheld) has handed himself over to the Binduri Police in the Upper East Region after the items he stole got stuck to his neck.
According to sources, the unfortunate young man stole a sack of maize from its owner and took to his heels.
On reaching his destination, the thief tried to offload the sack of maize he was carrying but it refused to come down.
After hours of failed attempts, he personally moved to the police station and reported himself.
Police says they will probe further into the case.
