Former Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan has apologized to the nation over some utterances he made a few days ago following fight between himself and the Chief Executive Officer of Web Soft Solutions, Godwin Martey during a tennis tournament in Accra.
Speaking on an Accra-based television, he said "I want to use your platform to say sorry to my fans. My words were unacceptable and I apologize"
He explained that the unacceptable utterance came out because he was extremely angry.
The now tennis star also added although there was a scuffle, he did not hit Mr. Martey.
ThinkNews Online has also gathered that Mr. Martey has pressed cases against Asamoah Gyan and his brother, Baffour Gyan for assaulting him. Background It is emerging that Former Sunderland striker, Asamoah Gyan, and his brother Baffour Gyan are wanted by the Ghana Police Service for assaulting the CEO of Web Soft Solutions, Godwin Martey during a tennis tournament.
